Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 25, 2026
This policy explains what information US People Search ("we", "us") collects when you use uspeoplesearch.net, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Search terms. Phone numbers and email addresses you enter are processed to return a result. We may log them in aggregate to monitor abuse and performance.
- Technical data. Your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and timestamps.
- Usage data. Pages viewed, searches performed and interactions with the site, collected through analytics.
We do not require an account and we do not ask you for your name, postal address or payment details to perform a search.
How we use information
- To return search results and operate the service.
- To detect, prevent and investigate abuse, automated scraping and fraud.
- To measure traffic and improve the site.
- To display advertising, including interest-based advertising.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, security and advertising. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.
Third parties
We share limited technical data with service providers who help us run the site:
- Google Analytics - traffic measurement. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare Turnstile - bot and abuse protection.
- Advertising partners - third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites.
You can opt out of personalized advertising from Google at Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info/choices.
Data sources and accuracy
Search results are compiled from publicly available and commercially available records. We do not create this information and cannot guarantee that every record is complete, current or accurate.
Removing your information
If your information appears in our results and you want it removed, submit a request through our Data Removal page with the record in question. Submitting a request does not change any record by itself. Every request is logged and reviewed, and we verify that the person making the request is the person the record describes before taking any action. Because records are compiled from third-party sources, we cannot promise that a record will be removed, or that it will not appear again if it is republished elsewhere.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
